Back to the Future 1 Game

The Back to the Future game was made for the NES and features stages made to represent scenes from the famous 1985 movie. You play as Marty McFly, who has accidentally sent back in time to 1955. Luckily, you meet your friend Doc, who explains you have interrupted the flow of time, and now you have to make your parents fall in love so you can be born.

Throughout the game, Marty will be working his way through the town of Hill Valley. He will have to evade thugs from Biff's gang, and also avoid the affections of his mother, Lorraine.

In one of the stages, you have to deal with a diner full of bullies. Luckily, Marty is very adept at throwing milkshakes at all these goons. In other stages, you are walking up through town, and have to dodge all kinds of obstacles. You only have a limited amount of time, and if run out, Marty ceases to exist, because he never got the chance to be born.

Once you finally make it to the big dance where George and Lorraine finally fall in love, you get to play a fun mini game with a guitar and notes. Then its onto the last stage of the game, where you have to successfully drive the Delorean and time it with the lightning strike at the old clock tower.

The Back to the Future Game follows the movie fairly well, and for a game made in the late 80 is not bad. The gameplay is okay, and the plot is certainly interesting!
