Nintendo game - Felix the Cat

In 1992, Hudson Software developed and published the Felix the Cat NES game. The game is based on the popular cartoon cat named Felix. In the game, the player controls Felix who is on a mission to save his girlfriend, Kitty. A mad professor who wants to steal Felix's magic bag has kidnapped her.

The game controls are simple. The A button allows your character to jump, and when pressed repeatedly, it allows your character to swim or fly. The B button allows your character to attack enemies. The type of attack you can use varies. You have different weapons depending on how high your magic level is. The level of magic you have is indicated by the amount of hearts in the upper left corner of your screen. You can replenish your magic supply with milk jars and hearts that are found throughout the game. There are a few ways that your character can lose a life. If you get hit when your magic power is at its lowest level, if you fall into a bottomless pit or if the game clock reaches zero.

There are nine worlds to get through in the Felix the Cat NES game, and most of them are broken into levels. Most of the time, worlds are divided into three parts. There is a boss at the end of most of the worlds. When you get to the end of world nine, you must defeat the professor. Once he is beaten, Kitty is free.
