Friday the 13th is a game for the NES based around the popular horror movie of the same name. If you want to play Friday the 13th game online there are some emulators you can use. In the movies, Jason was a camper who drowned because of the negligence of counselors at Camp Crystal Lake. He returned from the dead to seek revenge, and was vanquished. Now however on the night of Friday the 13th, he has returned to the camp.
Luckily, you are more prepared this time. You can enlist the aid of other camp counselors, and have cameras covering different spots of the camp. You can even use weapons to help fight off Jason. However, there are campers you must protect and keep safe.
Jason will not be an easy opponent. You must be ready to face him at any time. There is a fair amount of territory to cover between the lake, six different cabins, and the forest. You will also run into wolves and zombies that Jason has summoned to make your life more difficult.
The game does come with a map, which makes it significantly easier to find your way around. The game is either from a top down perspective as you walk through camp, or in a 3-D mode when you enter a cabin. A torch is the best weapon, so be sure to hang onto one if you find it.
This is not an easy game, and requires strategy, knowing the layout of the camp, and a little bit of luck. The music provides good suspense, and it is a very satisfying feeling when you finally vanquish this classic villain.
